Whether it’s a visual, a system, or a message,
I make things that make sense.
To help Nyne carve out a distinct identity in the saturated Bluetooth speaker market, I facilitated a company-wide strategy session that brought together voices from every department—from engineering to warehouse. Through guided discussion, we identified three brand pillars: Life. Style. Sound. These became the foundation for both internal alignment and external messaging, shaping everything from product development to advertising under the unifying idea of Lifestyle Sound.
Strategic Facilitator, Brand Consultant
The company lacked a cohesive narrative. Each department had a different view of the product’s purpose, making it difficult to focus innovation or communicate consistently to the market.
I led a structured alignment session across all departments, guiding the team to co-create a brand framework. The result—Life. Style. Sound.—became a clear, durable lens for decision-making and messaging.
The framework unified teams and clarified brand direction. It shaped marketing campaigns, product choices, and internal culture, and remains in use over a decade later. When a viral story about an impromptu train station graduation aligned perfectly with our mission, we used it to reinforce our core pillar of enhancing Life with Sound, earning positive press and real-world resonance.
