Before we work together, you might
have a
few questions…
I’ve got you.
Are you an artist or a systems engineer?
I’m both. To me, building a workflow is a creative act, and designing a logo is a technical one. They solve the same problem: making the complex clear and useful. I don’t see art and engineering as opposites—they’re both ways of thinking critically and building something that works.
Are you consulting now? Would you keep consulting if hired full-time?
Yes, I’m consulting while I look for the right full-time role. If I accept one, I fully commit. I don’t divide my focus. Transparency and dedication are how I work.
Are you comfortable inside larger organizations with established processes?
Absolutely. I’ve led creative at both global companies and startups. I adapt quickly to existing systems—and often help improve them.
You list a lot of skills. Are you a designer, a strategist, a coder, or a creative director?
All of the above. My skillset grew from both creative curiosity and necessity. I’ve always wanted to make better work, faster—and that meant learning how things actually function. Each new skill makes the others stronger.
Are you more creative or technical?
I don’t draw a line between them. I’ve built enterprise tools and designed intuitive, beautiful UIs. I bring imagination and practicality to everything I do.
You’ve done print, video, digital, and UX. Do you have a primary discipline?
Design is the throughline—visual communication that works. Whether it’s packaging or product UI, the goal is always clarity and engagement. I often work at the intersection of brand, message, and experience.
You’ve worked across industries. Is there one you specialize in?
I specialize in clarity—making the complex make sense. Whether it’s healthcare, Web3, or consumer goods, the challenge is the same: communicate clearly and meaningfully. I enjoy the learning new industries and believe fresh eyes often bring the sharpest insight.
Will you be bored in a focused role if you’re used to doing so much?
Not at all. I don’t need to use every skill at once. I’ve taken focused roles when the work mattered. What motivates me is doing meaningful work with great people.
Have you managed teams, or are you more of an independent contributor?
Both. I’ve led teams of designers, writers, PMs, and engineers—and I’ve done the work myself. I know when to delegate and when to dive in. Good leadership makes good work possible.
You mention workflow and production systems. Are you more of a creative ops person?
I care about creative ops because bad systems kill good ideas. I’ve built workflows and asset pipelines not for their own sake, but to free up creativity. Smart systems make better work possible, faster.
What kind of role are you actually looking for?
One where I can think strategically, create hands-on, help others, and improve how work gets done. That might mean senior creative, head of ops, or something hybrid. What matters most are the people, the culture, and the quality of the work.
