Running
running forward with fear a single step behind
running forward with open heart, not my timid mind
running forward into a bliss sublime
running forward to the edge of time
I'm touched and run to her waiting arms
I'm touched and run ignoring all alarms
I'm touched and run as destiny demands
I'm touched and run because my soul commands
I've always run but now the end I see
I've always run but now I run so free
I've always run but now I want a life to live
I've always run but now I want my heart to give
at her door I stop not even short of breath
at her door I stop having just outrun death
at her door I stop, my fears were dropped around the bend
at her door I stop, to heaven my hopeful prayers send
